Demi Lovato ha estrenado recientemente un nuevo tema con el que anima a su público a votar en las próximas elecciones estadounidenses.
Después de un año muy complicado tanto para su país como para el resto del mundo por la pandemia del Covid-19, la artista se ha asociado con el productor FINNEAS para lanzar la balada de tintes políticos ‘Commander In Chief‘, en la que se dirige de forma directa al actual presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump.
La canción, que fue escriba por Lovato, Julia Michaels, FINNEAS, Justin Tranter y Eren Cannata, llega justo antes de las elecciones, en un momento en que la nación está más dividida que nunca. Según la nota de prensa de su discográfica, «el mensaje de la canción sirve para expresar la indignación y el dolor que se ha sentido en respuesta a los acontecimientos recientes».
