Bruno Mars ha confirmado oficialmente el lanzamiento de su nuevo álbum en solitario, ‘The Romantic’, que verá la luz el próximo 27 de febrero. El disco supondrá su primer proyecto individual desde ‘24K Magic’ (2016), poniendo fin a una espera de casi una década sin material propio.
El regreso de Bruno Mars se produce en un momento especialmente favorable. Durante el último año, el cantante ha protagonizado dos de los mayores éxitos globales recientes: ‘Die With a Smile’, junto a Lady Gaga, supera los 3.000 millones de reproducciones y se mantiene en el top global de Spotify; mientras que ‘APT.’, su colaboración con ROSÉ, ya ha rebasado los 2.000 millones de streams. Ambas canciones figuran entre las más escuchadas de la historia reciente de la plataforma.
Como primer adelanto oficial de ese esperado álbum de estudio, el artista ya ha publicado en todas las plataformas de streaming el single ‘I Just Might’, que ha sido producido por el propio Mars junto a Drnst Emile II.
