Han pasado cuatro años desde que Adam Lambert pusiera a la venta su último álbum de estudio, ‘The Original High‘, en el que se incluía su tema más reproducido hasta el momento (‘Ghost Town‘).
Desde el entonces, el artista no ha parado de ofrecer conciertos junto a los miembros activos de Queen en un espectáculo que ya ha dado varias vueltas al mundo y que actualmente tiene confirmadas más de treinta fechas por Norteamérica y Japón para los próximos meses.
Pero Adam continúa trabajando en su carrera en solitario, por lo que recientemente ha anunciado que el próximo 27 de septiembre se pondrá a la venta el EP ‘Velvet: Side A’ como primera parte de su nuevo proyecto discográfico. Este mini álbum estará formado por seis temas totalmente nuevos. De esta forma, no se incluyen los dos sencillos publicados durante los últimos meses (‘New Eyes‘ y ‘Comin In Hot‘).
Como single de presentación oficial de ‘Velvet: Side A‘, el artista acaba de estrenar el tema ‘Superpower‘, una composición de Ada Lambert, Ilsey Juber y Tommy English. La canción viene acompañada de un divertido videoclip dirigido por Millicent Hailes.
