El dúo Hurts está de regreso con un nuevo sencillo que supone su primer lanzamiento independiente tras dejar de formar parte de Sony Music.
Tres años después de la publicación del álbum ‘Desire‘, Theo y Adam vuelven con el tema ‘Voices‘, un single que se edita como primer anticipo de su próximo trabajo discográfico.
En palabras de Theo, «‘Voices’ es una canción sobre aislamiento, desesperación y locura. También sobre fortaleza, resiliencia y el poder de la mente. Fue escrita durante una crisis personal y se publica durante una (crisis) generalizada. Ojalá procure algo de esperanza y catarsis a aquellos que estén luchando con sus propios demonios”.
De momento, se desconoce la fecha de lanzamiento del quinto disco de Hurts aunque el dúo ha confirmado que tanto en este nuevo sencillo como en el resto del disco han decidido recuperar parte de su esencia original, el pop de tintes oscuros con el que triunfaron hace ya una década.
