El próximo 20 de septiembre, la banda británica Keane publicará su esperado álbum de regreso.
El álbum ‘Cause and Effect’ estará formado por once nuevas canciones grabadas en Londres y Sussex con la producción de la propia banda junto a David Kosten. El repertorio se describe oficialmente como «una reseñable porción de vida emocional, a la vez que sirven de reminiscencia de lo mejor de Keane». Como dice Tim Rice-Oxley, “llevamos un montón de buena música dentro.”
Como siguiente adelanto oficial del disco, Keane ha estrenado el tema ‘Love Too Much‘ junto a su divertido videoclip oficial. Bajo la dirección de Lochlainn McKenna (A.K.A Locky), el vídeo cuenta la trama de un profesor de primaria que intenta ser correspondido por otro compañero de claustro sin mucho éxito.
Cada miembro de la banda interpreta en este vídeo un personaje: Tom Chaplin como el patoso profesor de educación física , el pianista Tim Rice-Oxley como el distraído y enrollado profesor de historia, el batería Richard Hughes como el agotado y confuso profesor de matemáticas que no puede más y el bajista Jesse Quin como el excéntrico y entusiasta profesor de arte. Según Quin, quien ha sido el responsable de la idea argumental, comenta: “nuestra intención era proponer algo liviano y divertido que a la vez resultara convincente sobre querer en demasía.”
