Un año después del lanzamiento del single ‘Slide Away‘, Miley Cyrus regresa a la escena musical con el tema ‘Midnight Sky‘, que se edita como primer avance oficial de su próximo proyecto discográfico.
En esta ocasión, la artista apuesta por un medio tiempo de influencia ochentera que ha sido compuesto por Ali Tamposi, Ilsey Juer, Jonathan Bellion, Miley, Andrew Watt, y Louis Bell, éstos dos últimos responsables también de su producción.
De momento, no hay demasiada información sobre el próximo disco de Miley, ya que hace un año tenía previsto lanzar tres EPs que acabarían formando el disco ‘SHE IS MILEY CYRUS‘ pero finalmente sólo acabó editando uno de ellos (‘SHE IS COMING’) con un resultado comercial bastante modesto. Por ahora, se sabe que la artista ha estado en el estudio de grabación con Dua Lipa y también ha trabajado con Max Martin.
