Todo comenzó con el grito «I Believe That We Will Win» que suele cantarse al unísono en los eventos deportivos. Un amigo cercano del rapero le inspiró para crear un tema a partir de ese grito convertido en himno inspirador.
A partir de esta premisa, Pitbull creó esta canción para animar a todos sus seguidores durante esta situación de pandemia global por el COVID-19.
