Carly Rae Jepsen ha anunciado ‘Day and Night’, un álbum doble de 24 canciones que saldrá el 18 de septiembre vía Interscope Records. Será su primer trabajo desde ‘Dedicated’ y ‘The Loneliest Time’ (2022).
El álbum se divide en dos mitades de 12 canciones: la sección ‘Day’ apuesta por instrumentación en directo y pop psicodélico de influencia setentera, mientras que ‘Night’ se adentra en un dance pop más oscuro impulsado por sintetizadores. Jepsen ha trabajado en el proyecto junto a Tavish Crowe, Kyle Shearer, Nate Cyphert y Cole M.G.N., su marido.
Después de diferentes adelantos del disco, como ‘On Wires’, ‘After All‘ o ‘Don’t Leave Me on the Dancefloor‘, la cantante ha publicado ahora el tema ‘Motivation‘ junto a su correspondiente videoclip oficial, dirigido por Caio Vieira.
